Rene was my former student.
I fully empathize and understand. I, too, married an American and we had a wonderful marriage and served the Lord together for many years. She “went home” on Dec. 14, 2019. She was a real helpmeet, a wonderful wife and an accomplished musician. When we got engaged, she said, “You can preach and I can pray, you sing and I can play.” And that how we served together both in the Philippines and in the U.S.
Sorry, Rene. It won’t be long and there will be an unending reunion.
