MK / International School Faculty and Staff

Serve at a K-12 private Christian school in the Baltic region of Eastern Europe, where you can make a lasting impact on students and their families for Christ while delivering a high-quality education. The school offers an internationally recognized K-12 education with both U.S. and international accreditation. Its diverse student body includes children from cross-cultural ministry families, as well as those from business, diplomatic, and expatriate families. The educational philosophy focuses on nurturing the whole student—spiritually, academically, and culturally—built upon a foundation of Biblical truth in a supportive, international environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for people who are passionate about disciplining students from around the world, many of whom have never heard the name and love of Christ. Certificated teachers or degrees in relevant fields are preferred. This is a great opportunity for new teachers, recent retirees, or mid-career professionals looking for a way to serve God’s kingdom.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We encourage you to prayerfully consider joining our team of educators dedicated to sharing the Gospel in a region where it has long been forbidden. You'll be welcomed by a supportive and committed group of educators dedicated to delivering exceptional student education, with opportunities to enhance student life outside the classroom through after-school activities, special events, sports programs, and more. For current openings and more information, visit https://expateducation.org/serve or contact us at info@expateducation.org.
LIVING ENVIRONMENT:
The school is in the heart of a city surrounded by art and culture. The city experiences a dynamic weather cycle with long, cold winters and mild, temperate summers. It sees distinct seasons, with spring and autumn offering moderate temperatures and frequent rainfall, creating a balanced climate throughout the year.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The school building is typical for Eastern Europe and is surrounded by museums and cultural heritage sites. Most staff walk to work or take a short ride on the subway. The work hours allow for a comfortable schedule and a great work-life balance.
