REQUIREMENTS:
Male. Must be a person of prayer. Independent and entrepreneurial mindset helpful. Resilient and able to stay engaged even when results are not easily seen. Flexible and able to live with some ambiguity as ministry takes shape. Certification and experience in area noted on your Visa. MDiv minimum for the work with the pastors.

Modern city with regular amenities (water/electricity/public transportation.) Climate is similar to Colorado with dry air and seasons. Some people experience allergies due to the pollution. Singleness over age 25 is uncommon in this culture. Singles are welcome on this team, but should be prepared for questions from nationals as family is a high cultural value.
