Urban Outreach and Discipleship
REQUIREMENTS:
College graduate. Seminary training would be helpful. Proven experience in ministry in challenging situations. Knowledge of how to share the Gospel clearly and disciple believers. A residence permit will be required for long term ministry. Each person coming to Jordan is required to do two years of concentrated Arabic language study here in Amman Vision trip is not required, but recommended.

Work from a local church context. Develop new and responsive relationships among Arab individuals in various people groups in urban centers. Follow up and equip believers for ministry.
