Church Planters
REQUIREMENTS:
Male. Married. Seminary degree is not required, but bible training is needed. Experience in church ministry is helpful. He would need to be willing to take time to gain experience to have the respect of the Ecuadorians. He would need to have an aptitude for teaching but could gain the experience on the field. Be a team player with both the national partners and missionary team. Vision trip is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The worker would need to begin by working alongside the Ecuadorian church to evangelize and establish the local churches. The worker would work out of one main church and travel to the outlying cities and communities where the new churches are being established.

Loja is a city in the mountains of Ecuador (6900 feet). It is a nice city of about 200,000 people with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Basic services are available (there is a small mall) though the poverty is clearly visible all around. Decent housing is available in the city.
